Adeline’s ice cream cake

My baby girl turned the big 1 on June 29.  We had to celebrate with a smash cake of course. It was the first time she has got to enjoy anything with sugar.  Lets just say she really liked her cake and had a little sugar high afterwards.  It was interesting seeing her pick and poke at the cake.  The past year went by so fast I can not believe it. Adeline is always smiling and it just brightens up your day. I love this little girl with all my heart.  Adeline loves coping her big sister and playing with her all day long.

You are such a beautiful girl, and I’m so proud of the incredible way that you are growing up. Even at such a young age, you are full of wisdom, kindness, compassion, and courage. I can’t wait to witness all the amazing things that you will do with your life when you get older. I love you so much, honey. Never ever change.
