Romantic lakeside Ranch Wedding in Montana | Kellen + Marisa

Marisa and Kellen’s Montana wedding could not have been more perfect.  The temperature was warm with just a light summer breeze. They had their romantic Montana wedding took place at a private family ranch in Helena, Montana. The ranch had accommodations for everything you could ask for on your wedding day. The bride and groom each got ready in separate buildings. She delivered a private letter to the groom to read before the ceremony. He was so excited to read the letter. Marisa got ready in the master room where there was an amazing copper tub in the room the bride was getting ready in.    

Marisa did not stop smiling once while she got ready. She had a great relationship with her mom but she also had a special bond with her dad. The bride really wanted to have a first look with her dad. Which is always my favorite and makes me cry every time. The bride had a special tie made up for her dad to wear that had a picture on the back of it of the two of them together when she was younger. The tie was such a surprise to him that he began to cry. They enjoyed this moment together before the ceremony started.
family in attendance. The set up was very romantic with a beautiful arch and gorgeous wildflowers growing all around. They had the yummiest appetizers ever.

While their guests chatted and ate some food we walked around the property to take some additional photos. By doing this it allowed Marisa and Kellen enjoy some alone time away from all the activities.  There really is no sunset like a Montana sunset.  Sunset photos are always some of my favorite photos. They use this time to unwind. They are looking forward to dancing the night away. As the sun set they danced and enjoyed the rest of the day.
